He is tanky and has mediocre cc and healing but has low dps and is slow and clunky. Since grendel was released in warframe players that have him almost dont play with him.

With that in mind this warframe tier list attempts to classify and arrange all the available builds into 7 tiers. The reason i say this is because you dont see grendel along side every mission type. Just noticed gauss and grendel arent on it either. I find grendels 4th to be rather underwhelming imo not even worth activating compared to just using your melee there is little to no incentive to use it. Player lists are often subjective based off who they like to play. All in all this tier list tells me nothing because i have no idea what its ranking the warframes on. So decided to use grendel on index because i was bored w. Below is a tier list for all 40 warframes ranked as objectively as possible.
